Our venue can accommodate different group sizes depending on the seating arrangement and event format, up to a maximum of 100 pax
Can I arrange my own catering?
Yes. Please contact us at contact@yuanzhongsiu.com to discuss your catering requirements and arrangements.
Is AV equipment included?
Projector and microphone facilities are available. Please enquire for specific requirements.
Can the venue be configured for workshops?
Yes. The hall can be arranged in classroom, workshop or networking layouts.
Is parking available nearby?
On-site parking facilities are available.
How far is the nearest MRT station?
The nearest MRT station is Lorong Chuan MRT Station (Exit B), a 3-min walk to New Tech Park.
Rental Information
- Additional Hours
Usage beyond the stated rental hours will be charged at $250 per hour. - Additional Services
Pure Water Dispenser (18.9 litres) available for rental at $45 per unit - Booking & Payment
Full payment is required to secure the booking.
Cancellations made at least 7 working days in advance will qualify for a 50% refund. - Usage Period
The rental period includes setup and teardown time.
Early access or late departure will be charged as additional hours. - Responsibility
The hirer is responsible for maintaining the condition of the venue and its equipment during the rental period.
Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges. - Amendments
Yuan Zhong Siu reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
