• Evaluate regions of Singapore based on the owners’ birth profile (Ba Zi)
• Find the lucky directions / locations that will complement your birth profile to bring wealth, luck & good fortune to you
• Find the most suitable door-facing directions & floor of your new house
• Understanding what to avoid (eg choosing of units with missing sectors/corners) that will affect you & your family

Pre-Purchase Assessment Feng Shui Service 2 (after you have shortlisted your ideal unit(s), usually for RESALE):

SELECTION OF BEST UNIT (Floorplan and/or with On-Site Visit)

Book for this service after you have shortlisted one or a couple of preferred units to purchase. Buying a property is a major commitment. Prior to the home purchase, let us help you pick the best unit! Using your birth profile, our Geomancer will help you rate your shortlisted units. Selection of best unit service will be based on floor plans provided and/or after an on-site appointment to the prospective unit(s).

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Evaluate the compatibility of your shortlisted unit(s) based on the homeowners’ birth profile (Ba Zi), ensuring alignment with their bazi compatibility
• Identification of the pros & cons of each unit based on the layout(s)
• Finding the most suitable door-opening direction & floor level based on your selection(s)
• Provide the rating of each unit(s) to help you make the right choice of unit selection
• Explanation of missing sectors/corners of the unit(s) & how these might affect you & your family
• The on-site visit option is recommended as the Geomancer will be able to check the external physical environment and to check the flow of energy of the unit
